The NHL CSB has updated its watch list according to the CJHL http://pointstreaksites.com/view/cjhl/news-848/news_467029. I have not been able to find a Watch List that corresponds to this. In any case no RPI CJHL recruits are on the list. Conceivably there are current players or future players in US leagues, but probably not.
