Union has rules? ;)

Ralph, please, Union is the epitome of good conduct. I mean their Coach has the moral authority to discipline his players because he conducts himself in a sportsman like manner at all times. I mean he would never bull rush another coach and in the process hit a student athlete and then give a half baked apology where he doesn't address that issue. Wait....never mind.

Notice how they're all back in time for the St. Cloud series. Morals doesn't appear in the playbook of the Schenectadopes.

Re: RPI Hockey 2014-2015: Dedicated to Rich Curadi

I thought this was the RPI thread, not the obsessed with Union thread....should I start one for those who want to analyze everything they do in Schenectady. Let's try to keep it RPI related until the time comes where we face the team from the other end of route 7.

Re: RPI Hockey 2014-2015: Dedicated to Rich Curadi

For those who might like to know, the Schenectady team already have suspended 3 players. One for 5 games, the other 2 for 3 games for violating team rules. Of course, it included today's game vs. UPEI (a 6-3 Onion win). And so it begins... :)

And according to the other thread, it's just being scratched for the games; doesn't include practices or other team meetings.

On the plus side, their coach did donate to Defending the Blueline for SA's recent marathon run.

Does anyone know why Milos Bubela sat out Saturday's game? Is he injured?

Last year Bradley & Higgs (injured) didn’t play in the ex vs St Mary’s. I had asked Bradley if he also was injured and he said no that even though it was just an ex. game they still could only dress so many & he drew the short straw. Said hi to both KennyG & Milos & neither looked injured, i.e., no casts, crutches etc.

Briefly-did you stand next to KG? Even in street clothes he came across to Jen and I as a rather well built young man. But then again Jenny is a munchkin (4'10" and about 107 after a couple of very filling meals)

Yes, I did. Got my first good look when I was talking with him at the golf outing. I just had to laugh because his thighs are as big my waist. A very thick man no question.

Anything but Star Spangled Banner *****y Pop Remix.:rolleyes:

Hey, nothing can be worse than the abomination played before the Sacred Heart game at Bridgeport last season. To quote Goon: "...that was borderline treasonous, and a disgrace to our nation and its proud and storied history."

Did she skate while singing?

I wouldn't be surprised if she didn't know how to skate at all. She sang from the scorekeeper's booth, not the ice.

Ouch! Forgot about that Bridgeport, “rendition”. Single most brutal attempt I’ve ever heard. It did border on the disgraceful but I’ld have to know the intent before making that accusation.

Aside from his obvious size (and i really love big forwards as everyone knows) cannot comment much on his hocky ability. Only saw him twice and even at that was not concentrating since he was not one of our listed prospects back then. I will say though that he not only hits very hard, but you can actually hear his hits. That is something that I only thought about when watching Luke C. Some hits just sound hard-hopefully that will not be an influence for those ECAC refs who seem to not really watch the play and call penalties by sound.

Blind people have to call penalties by sound. ;)

I was of the same mindset at the time...and you may not have noticed, but the BRO skated up to the scorers box and gave them an earful after the Banner ended. The name of the group is Madison Rising...once I understood what they were about, the only thing annoying about their rendition is its tedious length...better than some of the screechers who've sung it previously, and may endear our Anthem to the metal crowd
