RPI @ Harvard (Friday 2/12/10)

Re: RPI @ Harvard (Friday 2/12/10)

Best of luck to the Engineers tonight. Here's to them traveling to New Hampshire with another pair of points on their resume.

I will be at the HFH to cheer for the ladies against the other Crimson. Big games at both rinks.

Let's go RED!

Re: RPI @ Harvard (Friday 2/12/10)

The question always seems to arise-do you put all of your guns on one line-or do you spread them out a bit on separate lines? There are probably good reasons for both approaches-I think I would feel better with putting 3 offensive guns together. Of course it would be even nicer to have enough offensive forwards to have 2 powerful lines.:)

The problem is, we do have enough guns. Helfrich is on the fourth line, Cullen is on the bench. I don't to get into the coaching debate about that we've had ad nauseum about whether or not you should bench talented players, but the fact is we have loads of talent that Appert is choosing to not use on the top line.

We do have 2 powerful lines, Doc. If Kerins-Pirri-O'Grady isn't a powerful line, I'm not sure what is.

I'm always looking for a little more production-It has been pretty obvious that other teams are focusing on our main talented lines. Next year perhaps with the addition of that class, teams will just not be able to do that effectively.
