Re: RPI@Harvard 11/10/12

There haven't been for quite a few years.
WRPI somewhat downplaying Mercyhurst coming in... not sure what in the #### compelled them to decide we'll have any better time of it with 'Hurst, after RPI has given up what, 19 goals in the last 4 games? Kudos to Bryce Merriam who by all accounts, played a heck of game. Nicely done. I'd bet he's earned the start next Friday night...but then again, who the heck knows.

Not trying to downplay Mercyhurst, just pointing out that they aren't on the level of the last three teams RPI has played. We made pains to mention that they aren't awful by any stretch of the imagination, they just happen to be the next opponent and the Engineers are in pretty desperate need of a boost to their psyche.

Re: RPI@Harvard 11/10/12

Finally home-dinner led to a lot of other things -sounds like i did not miss anything good. Kotyra dis his usual job of taking us out of the game early but it sure sounds like we neve even tried to get back into it. Zero for the weekend. i just cannot understand how this team can play these kinds of games. Disappointed does not come close to how I feel. We need to get the train onto the trtack.

Re: RPI@Harvard 11/10/12

I didn't get a chance to listen, but I checked in after the first and second periods.
The lines that were posted indicated that we were playing one offensive and one defensive player short.
Was this due to injury or discipline?
I don't mind benching players who have not played to their potential, but benching so many players that we are short for a game makes no sense to me.
I certainly hope all of those guys were not injured.
I would like to say that things can't get much worse, but we are playing Mercyhurst next weekend. Who knows????
