Technically yes, but when you're short handed, instead of evening it up, they normally still take the penalty shot.

I would wonder why? Up 2 goals and 2 minutes of even play takes time off the clock. Especially when the goalie has a fairly large advantage on a penalty shot

Your opposition is having problems on the PP, having already given up a SHGA. Keep it that way.

Not an exciting game to watch in any way. Just wonder why we are not able to put out on the ice a team that can produce more offensively. Even more unsure if this is the players or how they are being put together in lines. Example-it appears that Nanne, who was our leading offensive weapon early in the season, has not been nearly as effective when taken away from his early linemates. Granted Miller has been hurt, but Melanson is not hurt and their chemistry together was exciting to watch. Just sayin'.............
