RPI@Dartmouth 2/13/16

Re: RPI@Dartmouth 2/13/16

I do not want to give us a canary (i have no clue what that means but it was an expression my mother used all the time), but we looked very good for the first 10 minutes. Then of course we just made a horrible turnover that almost cost us

QU coming down to earth a bit in the North country. Losing yesterday to SLU and now held to a tie so far by CCT after one period

Re: RPI@Dartmouth 2/13/16

Perhaps an optical illusion due to the uniform colors but Dartmouth just looks a lot bigger than we do

Not to me, either. The last time the music changed, there was also a coaching change. I still remember the tune for the Fridgen theme a bit.

Other than Ralph and Dr. D, there probably aren't many who remember the theme music WRPI used for hockey games back when I was a student.

At the time, I asked my roommate, who was a member of WRPI, what it was. He said he wasn't sure of the title of the particular piece, but he knew that it came off an album titled "Great College Football Fight Songs."

Some years later, I learned that it actually was not a college fight song at all. Rather, it was the fight song of the (then and future) Los Angeles Rams.

I don't recall that.
