Just curious...do you recall how far up the ice Bailen was when he initiated this "ill-advised pass"? Between the Cornell blue line and the top of their face-off circle? or deeper in their zone? (I'm just catching up on what I missed earlier, thanks).

Not sure, I'm listening from the Field House while I watch the women's game. Was more a commentary on passes across the slot in general.

End of the second and Cornell leads 3-1. Much better period for us with some decent chances. But still a long way to have to come back.

Good news on the other games. Colgate leads Union 2-1 and QU leads Yale 3-0. Plus Harvard and SLU are tied after two.

Cornell maintains a 2 goal lead, despite its best efforts to let RPI get something going on the power play. Hopefully they stay out of the box in the third...

impossible to tell from a radio feed-but it sure sounds like many of our boys are having an off night-all at the same time. Defensive breakdowns, and lack of effective forechecking has given us a tough task for the last 20 minutes.
