The way we have played the first two periods it is a wonder that we were able to even draw 2 penalties against Brown. There was just no hustle and ehy did not even have to hold us or interfere.

Have to be happy with the second period even though it just started as if we were cooked and done. But the key was the ability to draw the power plays. The first was one Brown wishes they did not take but they had to take the second one or Melanson was in alone. Credit the boys for not giving up and they are now at least in the game. Third period, a problem usually for us, really comes down to whether we can just score one before we give up anything.

Women's game is 3-3 after two periods. Colgate scored at the end of the period, but 1/30 of a second after the end of the period.:p

For those who are not watching the RPI- Brown game, there is an ECAC game on the American Sports Network for those who have cable. SLU leads Colgate 1-0 from Canton.
