Our first 200-post thread of the year. We had quite a few last season.

As long as B2 plays the games, you can count on me upping the post count. Although I will probably just enjoy the BU game in solitude on the real TV next weekend. :)

Just back from Mass with the folks... while 4 pm isn't convenient for me to listen/watch, it's hard to argue with results. ;) Let's get ready for a good bus ride home and prep for BU.

5 on the shot clock?! Tim, have you been calling basketball games lately?!

Hahaha. Actually, I have. I've been doing play-by-play for the Long Island University women's basketball team this winter. I guess a little of that slipped in today.

2ND time in 2 weekends weve popped 6 in a game....not a bad sign

Agreed...especially with the amount of D scoring we've done of late. Great to see Helf, Rogic and Burgie pop a few too...the more of that we can do, the easier sledding Chase will have.

Here's hoping York isn't dinged up too badly/ I'm sure he'll get any/all rest he needs this week heading into BU.

Any update on what bothered York last night and what was his condition tonight ?(apologies if this was covered in previous posts)

Yale is a very good hockey team. Very fast very good passing, not sure about their defense, they did not have to play very much in their end last night. I was very happy with the way we played. If we could have pressed the play a little more, I think we could have had a different result.
Why are we (RPI/Brown) playing an afternoon game after a night game, while Yale/Union get a day off?:(

Think of it this way, we have more time to get ready for BU...

Seth did not mention anything about York's status before the game and I don't have any updates for how he felt post-game today. One can guess he's a little dinged up after some contact from a few Brown forwards today, but I doubt it's anything major. He seemed a little off in the first two periods, but he really pulled it together and finished out strong after Wolff's goal early in the third.

York looked to pull or tweak something late in the 3rd last night, maybe a groin or hamstring. I think Jason Klump said it was after a big kick save that he had to do the splits to make. I missed the play itself, just saw the aftermath where he was doubled over afterward.

Klump tweeted early in the game today that it looked like York was still feeling the same injury.
