I really thought that Diebold would start the third period. Kasdorf did not have a lot of help on any of the goals. At least that is what it sounded like.

I am not sure which defensive pairs were on the ice for each goal. But some of these scores they simply left him out alone to fend for himself. Just horrible defense.

I am not sure which defensive pairs were on the ice for each goal. But some of these scores they simply left him out alone to fend for himself. Just horrible defense.

That is what it sounded like, but I wouldn't put the whole blame on the back line. Forwards need to play defense also.

Simple summary for today. The good-a superb first period in which we deserved to be up by a couple goals. Taking only a couple penalties all game.
The bad-absolutely everything else. Name a stat and we were bad at it after the first period.

I wonder how much of our performance after the first period was due to being tired from yesterday's game while BC didn't play.
