RPI 2025 Off-Season: Help Is On the Way

RPI baseball moves on after a 10-0 win yesterday. Today will be a bit difficult as we face Johns Hopkins and have to beat them twice in one day. Should be tough considering their record this year is 41-3!!!! The one loss we suffered after the rain delay hurts as we come into this elimination round with Hopkins already with one loss while they have zero and need to just hand us one more loss.

I really don’t know what to make of this guy. As noted, Miami was awful. They were so bad we beat them 2x on the road. So it’s hard to judge based on two seasons of stats that I’m being generous if I call them mediocre. It looks like he had a couple of good but not standout years in the USHL before that. We just have to trust the new staff has done their homework and feel that he will work in their system.

As you said, all we can do is trust in the coaches to do they think is best for this fall....and then set their sights on bigger fish for Fall 2026.
