I'm sorry that you don't have enough respect for your fellow posters to read their responses. So, let me make it simple for you. Calvaruso was brought in as a 2 year transfer at a first class academic institution. He stayed for 2 years and apparently graduated. 2=2. No "push out." How he performed later really isn't relevant.

Wow, you are serious man. You have no idea there was no "push out". Zero. Unless you're a family member, staff member or a spouse of the staff. I had a parent reach out to me and that's how I reported it. I was of the opinion that the admin should have signed Dave before the year started to a 1yr ext. to make up for Covid year. They didn't. It was the right thing to do but now we are where we are. The program needs to be evaluated now and I don't think it is as rosy as you portray. My opinion is different and it's still America and it's ok. The name calling and personal attacks are really quite unbecoming. NAFTA whatever and the other dude hurt their position with it and in the case of the latter poster was somewhat homophobic. To be clear, I am not accusing you of this. A NY Supreme Court Justice whom, I once worked for said to me along the way, "There's your side, there's there side (really bad grammar) and the truth lies somewhere in between." So let's honor the diversity of opinion, not everything is black and white. I'll give you the last word (I'm sure you'll take it). Stay safe and be well.

I got personal by simply stating a fact? The majority of the folks on here just want a simple discussion in in relation to RPI hockey.
I don't believe that a coach can be reasonably accused of "pushing out" a player that was kept on the roster through his senior year and graduation. That's all anyone has a right to expect. I can't imagine how negatively you must have thought of Seth for what he did to Kipp and Cyr. I hope you are safe and well too.

I was speaking to the current status of the Coach of RPI Hockey team in my posts. Is this not RPI Hockey related and then you brought up Seth. Why? I only mentioned Seth when a poster brought up the topic to me. They did so because they knew I did a project to benefit special needs persons (like my children) with him. Some like Wicked, David N and others here were very supportive of the effort by their kind words and actions during that project but disagreed with me about this subject in a respectful manner. They didn't take a shot at me about living in the past because Seth and I became friendly during the course of this project. Quite shameful actually on your part. At least you didn't accuse me of being "butt buddies" with Seth. Shameful, absolutely shameful.

I began to think she was shooting for Palmer Ricketts. I am not sure, but perhaps I was a freshman during his stint at RPI. Personally I think we need term limits (on just about anyone in any position)
You think you are only one on here that talks to parents of players from the past, or for that matter the present?? Difference is, those of us who do/have keep those topics and conversations private. You my friend, seem to have the need for attention. SA is no longer the coach here. Right or wrong, that is a fact. Let us please move on, or better yet start a new forum and talk about SA on there.
Also, you think you are the only one on here that has a child with a disability that has had interaction with the RPI coaching staff over the last several years?? Think again.
Let the record show that President Low was a strong supporter of the hockey program (maybe as much as "Liver" Houston). I regret that he did not live to see the team win the national championship.

The word in Troy was she wanted to be the longest tenured RPI President. I didn't know who it was but heard George's name. I echo Vicious sayng that President Low was awesome to the hockey program. In those days, RPI games were an event. The Christmas Torney was always my fav.
