RPI 2020 Off-season Overtime (Part II): The Hunt for Red October

In honor of Jack Watson and Emilie Venne, today is 28 August 2021. There are 35 days (5 weeks) until RPI's next game.


This is based upon 2 October 2021 for the start of next season.
 
Do others feel that I should start a poll for the thread title? It would have to be a poll where voters' handles were visible since I wouldn't want to count votes from non-RPI fans.

I am currently leaning to fishcore12's second suggestion. (I would have liked his first also if it included alums along with townies. :-) )

I'm on the side of the fence that says the new thread title should be about the team, not the school's administration.

If the alternative to a poll is that we go with fishcore12's second suggestion, which focuses on the school's administration, then I'd prefer that we have a poll.

Thanks. I can go with any of the following recent suggestions which don't focus on the administration although the last one is the type that could be viewed as a jinx:

RPI 2021-22: Suspended Momentum
RPI 2021-22: The Engineers Go Back to Lake Placid
