I agree with all this. I especially like the Josh/JL/Cullen line that we have seen the last couple of games.
I disagree, I just don't see this line clicking at all, and don't believe it is good for the development of JL.

Re: RPI 2011-12 Part III: Our Goal is to be Offensive

Tuesday's game was brutal to watch, talk about being lost, with the exception of about the first 8 minutes Union beat us to the puck all nite long and were using Merriam for target practice. As far as York leaving early, I really don't see it as an issue I sincerely doubt our record would be any better had he still been here, goaltending is not an issue. Someone mentioned this is somewhat of a rebuilding year but I'm trying to find when we peaked...it must have been last year. One must remember we are 6 years into the SA era (and I like the guy) and many years worth of great recruiting so what is going on that we struggle so and have to call this a rebuilding year?

You had me up until "I like the guy." We know that's not true.

If this is indeed a rebuilding year, it doesn't take a genius (or in this case, maybe it does) to realize that reaching the NCAA tournament may have been a local peak.

For my money, it isn't a rebuilding year. But you need your strawman I suppose.

Seeing as how thoughtful discussions about college hockey embarrass you... ;)

Yeah, the guy that talks about hockey. You must be the other guy.

Why even bother presenting opinions about hockey when they're going to be taken out of context and blasted? (not necessarily by you, mostly by others, but I'm sure you get my drift)

I already presented my position. I've heard opinions about it. Do you expect us to try to do drag out 10 days of bye time like we were Super Bowl pregame presenters?

You don't like it? Leave.
