>>>>> RIT TIGERS 2009-2010 <<<<< Rockin' Part 2 - The Playoffs

Follow-up to the favorite stat for Friday night's game (Canisius' Hudson minus 4 on the night): Hudson was on the ice for Cornaccia's short-handed goal on Saturday, finishing the weekend at a minus 5. Way to go Carl!

Well to try and stick it you he did show what makes him a good offensive player with two booming shots from the point one beat DeMike and the other one caused a rebound goal. And as you stated, he also showed how he can take some bad penalties like the rest of his team.

First period of the second game Canisius got away with a lot of clutching and grabing, when the refs started to call it they had no chance of stoping RIT...

The guy is a complete and total tool, has shown a disregard for authority, deserved a longer suspension and RIT had his number his entire career, but {sigh}, he does have some pretty impressive numbers this year. He's tied with Ringwald for most points by a defenseman in the league, and that's in two fewer games.

Tigers are up to 1st among "Others receiving votes" in the USCHO poll, would be tied for 20th in the USA Today poll if it went past 15, and 16th in the INCH power rankings.

I expect that a lot of the first half of that statement will be what keeps him from winning AHA Defensemen of the Year.

Sounds like a bitter fan that their team lost.

RIT - Great Talent, ZERO Class. The problem starts with Wilson

Care to give any examples? Was your son or other relative passed over by RIT? Or beaten soundly by RIT? Or actually required to succeed in classes? Of course I don't know why I'm even asking someone who sees the world in only black and white (Zero? Really?)

I don't know Coach Wilson that well, but I've heard and seen nothing but positives and his student-athletes are successful students. Something we couldn't always say at RIT. Oh, and they happen to be pretty darn good hockey players too.

Let's try not to feed the troll. I would like to know your reasoning for your views.

I know what a paradox is. I want to know his reasoning so I can then decide if I'm going to feed him or not. I know of a few posters here that will go into name calling(feeding the troll) when something like this is posted. Maybe I should of said "Lets here his reasoning before deciding to feed the troll or not." Of course if he doesn't respond at all I'm gonna open season on him myself.

Looks like Canisisus fans finally found the message board :D

People who make condescending statements like this that lack any intelligent thought or insight are just looking for a fight and are true FANatics who should seek help. This guy has already proven that he has no class. There are way to many example of Coach Wilson's class, but I will just state him seating half his team for two games for violating teams rules. Which put Wentworth on the map, so that was very nice of him :D

Re: >>>>> RIT TIGERS 2009-2010 <<<<< Rockin' Part 2 - The Playoffs

I think the Canisius fans were mad about the 8-0 score and the shot on goal with about half a second left. My opinion is that when a team like Canisius takes a lot of cheap shots just because they are losing, you have a choice of 2 ways to respond. You can either take some shots yourself, and maybe get into a big fight. (we went that way once) Or, you can just run up the score as much as possible and embarrass the cheap-shot artists. (I like the second approach better)

I was going to peg him as an Army fan. Even the Canisius fans from a few years back didn't play the "No Class" card.

Point taken. but given the timing I still think he or she is Canisius ...

Re: >>>>> RIT TIGERS 2009-2010 <<<<< Rockin' Part 2 - The Playoffs

And we barely knew Bubba....

Changing topics, just curious IF RIT makes a regional games this year who is planning to go? Are there any regional sites that you can make and others that you will just stay home and watch the game on TV? The sites this year are Albany, NY; Fort Wayne, Indiana; Worcester, Massachusetts; and St. Paul, Minnesota.

The good news is that barring any major upsets I think RIT if they go would go to either Fort Wanye or Worcester which is with in reasonable driving distance. I know Albany would be nice, but seems unlikley...

Assuming nothing else pops up on my calendar, I would go to Albany or Worcester for sure and probably Ft. Wayne. I wouldn't go to St. Paul.

Albany and Worcester for sure. Ft. Wayne would depend on who else was going.
