Up and down I-25 for the DU-CC series. Christmas Party Saturday lunchtime/afternoon. Pioneers had an opportunity to sweep, but played poorly over the last 12 minutes of regulation on Saturday. Chevy wasn't his best in game two.

We got killed by the California kids. She can pitch with them we just couldn't hit or field with them. Some of those kids were bigger than me. One hit a home run over center field fence off another team. When we played them my daughter tossed 70% off speed pitches and kept us within three runs thru 4. She threw a lot of innings this fall so I am giving her a month off. Did you hear what happened yesterday when I was filling the bird feeder?

I cleaned the pool deck, bird feeder and bird bath. I went back to the bin with the bird food, filled my cup and was walking towards the feeder. At the same time I was watching the kids playing kick ball in the park behind the house. I walked, not fell into the pool, banged my knee on the deck on the way in. Before you ask, I WAS NOT DRINKING.:D My knee is as big as a grapefruit. I already have bone chips in the knee which just made the incident worse. Went to urgentcare and he said my knee was a mess but the risks were higher than the rewards. Should have taken care of the knee problem when I was a kid.

Dear God. All the more reason that I'm glad to be going to Grand Forks this weekend to not have to suffer through that.
