Good morning to tLodge!
Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Ramachristmakwanzakuh, etc. Let the consumerism commence!
Pick a holiday. Love it or hate it, doesn't matter. Apparently, I was the least laziest, and "most" motivated to start a new poll. Deal with it.
I hadn't noticed that the other thread was closed, but that explains why there were no posts during the day on Thursday.
Geez
Took all y'all long enough
Where the hell were you?
Why are beauty salons always staffed with ugly women? My cubicle has a window view, and when I look out it, I can see into the Rocco Altobelli salon across the street. All of the stylists working with the customers are just flat out uggums with short, blue and purple hair. How does that inspire other women to get their hair cut and styled in a place like that?
Probably because those people have an artistic flair. I wouldn't mind having someone with an eye for style do my hair.
Phone question for all of you. I need to get in touch with someone who lives in Sweden but is here in Boston. She has an iPhone. Can I text without getting any weird international charges? What about calling? I don't have an international plan. I don't know if she does.

How many beer fridges do you own? Can any more even fit in your apartment?Pretty sure you won't get international charges. The phone should latch onto whatever US carrier is compatible. But, this is me and smartphones we're talking about.
Going beer-hunting today. A store is releasing a special beer, and there are some other annual releases/special releases on the market that I want. Figuring on hitting up about 5-6 stores to see what I can find.
Do you have her email? That might be easiest, but I'm guessing you don't have that since you're asking about texting.
Your cell phone carrier will have details as to text an iMessage charges. You'll be the one who's charged a fee, not her, so maybe then you provide an email address or phone number/whatever so that she has options to reply to you without incurring extra charges. Here's some info from Verizon about international messaging charges.
