Ah. It isn't hockey, XC or track so I am oblivious.

Lil won again today He is has been running pretty well. This one was supposed to be tight. It wasn't as tight as advertised. Very proud

Just e-mailed a contract back to get started on replacing some windows in our basement. Want to get Mrs office moved down there and this is the first step. This'll give her room to really work.

That's a great one, though I was always partial to the misheard CCR line "There's a bathroom on the right".

Also, "Turn the lights out, at the steakhouse!...here we are now, eating tables!...help the stupid, they're contagious!...all I want is, mashed potatoes!"

I assume that the current windows aren't up to code for fire escape or whatever?

No plans for a bedroom in the basement (although it's where I slept as a teen) so no code issues. These are just original windows from 1958. I put combo storm/screens on them when we moved in in 2000, but the sashes and frames are 55 years old, time to update. This is a walk-out basement anyway.

The CCR one is a classic in misheard lyrics. I'm not familiar with either of those other two.

Along those lines, but only slightly, is that a friend of mine used to think Bohemian Rhapsody was actually titled Scattamoosh. She did up until just a few years ago.

There was a DJ in Baltimore when we lived there who did some very funny parody songs and he did a whole "There's a bathroom on the right" tune.

The "anus" one was from "Centerfold" by J Geils Band: "My angel is a centerfold"

The steakhouse one is "Smells Like Teen Spirit" by Nirvana

There are definitely some country songs that have lyrics that can be confused with other words, but that one I would have never thought of....Its King George.
