You have to go to Advanced after Reply. It's hard to tell the difference between some of the smilies.

It's so... blocky.

Also, the line between "post" and "sig" needs to be WAY darker.

And the smileys look like yahoo chat smileys from 1997.

Well, it's not AWFUL...I do like the "Quick Reply" feature. We shall see.

Another problem is that the box for sending rep sometimes gets hidden, although either right-click or scrolling seems to get around the problem.

There always has been a quick reply, but now it comes up first. I do agree that particular change is somewhat of an improvement.

That's gotta be the ONLY good thing about this upgrade; the fact you can reply to someone in line with the thread without leaving the forum just to post your message.

You'll find joeyC3402 in the D-III side of things. Look for the UW-Stout discussion re: their offseason problems. The older one, as there was a newer one that sprang up today.

While driving to get my car washed earlier this afternoon I passed two cops on motorcycles pulled off on a side street waiting to ticket drivers for speeding. I go to the car wash, get a wash and then start to head home. As I pull on to the street out of the car wash I'm about fifty yards ahead of a guy driving a pickup truck. The speed limit is 30 mph and I'm driving right at the limit. At this point I'm about a quarter of a mile away from where the cops had been waiting to nail speeders.

The guy behind me leans on his horn wanting me to increase my speed. I pull over into the right hand lane, he floors it and goes by me at about 40 to 45 mph, right in time to swoop past the cops. One of them pulls out and pulls over the pickup truck. I drove by the cop and the pickup truck going right at the speed limit. I was thoughtful enough to wave to the guy in the pickup before continuing on my way home. :)

Yeah, its going to take some getting used to. One thing for certain, I won't confuse USCHO with D2F for a while. Both run on the vBullition software.

Do wish they could tone down the size of the icons a little.

Nope, it takes longer for my work computer to load the site too. The iPod took longer too, but that's because it actually loads the full site instead of the bastardized text only with random images it used to do.

Thanks. I didn't think that UNH and BU fans were compatible. :D ;)

This is going to be hell when I try to find posts by people who haven't posted in a year. Maybe, it's time to cull the herd. :)

I'm sure I don't like the overall look, I like the way the reply with quote worked though.

There seems to be a change to the USCHO front page also. I have Extra and have selected the RPI men's and women's teams as favorites. While it still gives me the latest articles pertaining to RPI and the ECAC, the list of the next and last couple of games, etc. have disappeared.
