I went without much sleep last night so I could come in early and get some extra work done. Now that I've spent two cups of coffee reviewing the college hockey threads I better get started! It's good to have the season back.

Thanks for the birthday wishes. Lil is in a stupor in the AM (I don't think he knows what day of the week it is) and Mr is traveling I think I may have pneumonia. This over the hill thing is for the birds!!

Morning, Lodge. Had a long and kind of crappy day yesterday, complete with a fight with the girlfriend. But, today is shaping up quite nicely - got the yeast into the cider and that ought to be bubbling away, the girlfriend and I are both feeling good and happy this morning, and a couple good friends of mine just had a son this morning.


EDIT: Oh, and would that make ctf's butt cheek the lower peninsula?

Speaking of, I got a text from a certain poster last night claiming that the tattoo would be more attractive right above my behind.

No, I said that the bartender/waitress at the DT had a tattoo of the UP right abover her *** cheek. I was amazed that more than 1 person would get a tattoo of the UP. She also had a tramp stamp...on the front, directly above lady areas that said "Learn to Forget". I have a feeling that she's so easy that MNS could pull it off. Oh, I should add, all of this was visable while she was bartending...yeah, she was a bit trashy.

Also got a number last night. Crazypotatos was amazed that I could pull off getting her number in the drunken state I was in. I did drink 5 pitchers last night so I don't imagine I was very coherent.
