I know!!!! And then Beltre with a moon shot into the monster seats!! During Ortiz's at bat, the entire infield and coaches headed to the mound. It was bizarream two pitches later, see ya! So, whatever they talked about, it worked!

This Tampa pitcher Newman (helllloooo Newman) apparently has some sort of self esteem problem because they keep going out to the mound to settle him. And just like with Ortiz, right after the last conversation on the mound, VMart hits a bases-loaded single. Ha! Then they took him out.

Ortiz faces the new guy and hits a double off the wall! No conversation needed.

Of course, the conversation could be about giving the Sox a big lead so they can come back and watch Papelbon blow his 387th game.
