Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #112: Son of "Filling in for the night shift"

Oh come on, I need more than a day's notice to book a flight to Boston. :p

I know. Sorry about that. Was kinda directing it to the local folks - 'ewe, mookie, tcbg (if he wants to make the drive).

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #112: Son of "Filling in for the night shift"

Would love to, but I have class until at least 8:30. :( I'll let you know if I hear from tcbg.

MNS... Welcome to paperwork hell and good luck.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #112: Son of "Filling in for the night shift"

Mornin' tLodge. I have 6 "spreading" reps from Ralph, but I have 12 of them from ASAAG.

Nine from RFalphPA. Eight from that slacker ASaaG. Watch him rep me now, which will only kill one of his, so he'll remain in second place. :D

5 from Ralph, 4 from ASaag, confirmed slacker:p

3 from Ralph, 4 from ASAAG.

I guess Ralph hates me. :(

On my current rep list....I have none from Moe. I have one from UncleRay. I have none from Walrus. I have none from Goldy. The figures tell me some people have no trouble accepting rep, but plenty of trouble sending rep. :)

No hockey tonight so time to watch a ball game. Have a good evening all.

The application process is the worst. Once you have the job, it isn't so bad.

And do expect them to call anyone you put down as a contact (former landlords, character references, etc.) I had some people mildly perplexed as to why they got a call from Uncle Sam who wanted to know all about me.

To be honest I don't think I've given out a rep in about 4 or 5 months.

I'm truly enjoying rep retirement as I eat some bacon and Giada gets me a beer while topless.

Not everyone. I was never called for my former roommate who's now at KC Center. But, I do have to get a security clearance...the paperwork for which has been called a "packet"

when I became Federal, a buddy of mine from high school called me and said that he got a call from the government asking about me.

I didn't put him on the list.

I hope the gub'ment calls me about MNS. I could have a lot of fun with that one. :D

For those of you who don't read the extras thread...
Congrats, MNS! :)

And now, Mom is home from the hospital. As it turns out, it wasn't a nervous breakdown, seizure, or medication interaction that caused the latest episode. No... it was a stroke. Not a massive one, but it was enough to cause some damage. They put her on Plavix; here's hoping this never happens again. I don't think I can take it...

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #112: Son of "Filling in for the night shift"

Good Morning, Lodge!

My husband's family is driving both him and I crazy. They cannot get their s**t together!
g in-law disease.

Congrats, MNS! :)

Good they figured out what was what!

Yes....but don't think I'd be able to make it to Boston. :p

For those of you who don't read the extras thread...

Good luck! PS: I've already had one plane crash in my back yard, please try not to make it two. ;)

(stupid student pilot who buzzed his then-girlfriend's house, then stalled and crashed from 100 feet, stupider instructor who allowed it - both survived, but had to be hospitalized.)

*hug* We're here for you, Bob. Good luck to you and yours. :(

Evening, Lodge. Another beauty day in the greater 612 area, topped off by fried chicken and a glass of Summit Oatmeal Stout for dinner.
