I can attest. His spelling remained consistent, but he was properly and sufficiently blasmed.

Just got back from looking at houses. At the price range I was looking at there were some that were definite former crack dens or meth labs. Wow, they were bad. But there were also a couple that were exactly what I'm looking for. I'm actually going to put a bid in on one. It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath place, the basement was just recently finished and everything is brand new, while the upstairs needs some work. I'm looking for something that I have to do some work on, mostly to save some money but also to keep me busy. This place is perfect because I can live in the brand new basement while I work on stuff upstairs. :D

That sounds like the right way to do it you aren't getting married any time soon... You get the benefit of the house and somebody else paying part of your mortgage

...and apparently I'm an inconsiderate *** because I waited until my family and I were done eating at the restaurant before hurrying everyone back home to move my pickup out of the driveway. :rolleyes:
