I thought the boys played pretty well in the first period. Who taught them that when the linesman drops the puck on the red dot thingy we’re allowed to take control of it? Did Seth know that? We seemed to dominate on face-offs. On the other hand, Yale uses their speed (do they recruit anyone that isn’t at least a well above average skater) to stretch the defense so their breakouts seem too easy - usually to a cutter across center ice to either carry it in or flip it deep. It’s almost as if they are starting in our end.
