Buffering is killing my feed but at the end of the first period we are down 1-0 and probably lucky it is not worse

i have some cable -but it is unreliable and cutting out so often that I am using an old dial up service that i keep for emergency. We have full electric power but that went out 3 times 2 nights ago from the noreaster. Pretty fragile infrastructure around here-mostly due to the fact that it has to function for an area that has simply become overpopulated.

I'm in a somewhat similar situation to DrD. I'm wireless tethered to my cell to listen and surf. Hurricane + storm whacked us pretty good here...last night was the first night I had power, but now the cable is out again. What can you do?

I had problems with the 128 feed so I switched down to the 64 and it seems to be current.
