Quinnipiac @ RPI (2/19/10)

Re: Quinnipiac @ RPI (2/19/10)

A 5-3 win that we made more difficult than it had to be-just need to learn how to play better with the lead. A nice game to win! QU had lots of chanc es tonight but the scoreboard tells the final story. Go Red-a win tomorrow and we are on a roll again.

I really like Merriam's ability and willingness to play that puck behind the net; helps our D immensely.

Way to go, Red!!! Way to close it out. Congrats to Kennedy - a great time to tally his 1st of his career!

From what I could tell, a fairly sparse crowd at HFH tonight.

Great win and let's make the sweep tomorrow night!

He seems to move well and gets to the puck better than York. He just needs to clear it a little firmer. But he played very well tonight and earned the victory.

Normally we dont get much help at the end of the season-sure could use those 2 games to go our way:)

We took care of our business, putting the nail in QU's bye coffin; really grateful we took that opportunity by the horns ourselves!

Re: Quinnipiac @ RPI (2/19/10)

Dartmouth & Colgate, tied @ 6 in OT
last report on SLU/Yale thread, over half an hour old, Yale 6-5 over SLU after 2

Re: Quinnipiac @ RPI (2/19/10)

Yale seals it, sounds like they really put the throttle to SLU tonight (42-20 shot advantage).

Re: Quinnipiac @ RPI (2/19/10)

Yale wins 7-5 and Colgate/Dartmouth ends in a 6-6 tie. Good night for the RED!

Also Union, 4-1 over Princeton and Brown, 3-2 over CCT.
(Capital District wins, RPI clear 4th, and Dartmouth and Brown {SLU's next opponents}are showing some late life)
