Quinnipiac Bobcats - 2025 Offseason

They've been doing that for years and it seems to work out.
Interesting. I go to the RPI game every year and usually Cornell or at least one other opponent and I’ve never seen tickets in those sections offered online to the public. However, I generally buy pre-season or early in the year. Did they previously hold them back and put them on sale later after they could gauge ticket demand.?

Not sure how they handle it these days. I know the Yale game usually has double the amount of student tix available. They must have a feel for what student demand will be.

I remember the days when the student section was color coordinated, stood all game, and never stopped yelling. Really wish this administration worked a little harder on bringing that energy back, because the student section is really nowhere near as energetic as it used to be. The first 5-6 years of the Bank were special.

Now they're even constricting the student section? There should be more on-campus passion for a program that has national championship aspirations.

1 week to go! Excited for the season. I saw we were ranked #1 in the pre-season ECAC poll and #13 nationally. Let's go Bobcats!

Looking forward to our game on Friday. I have some questions about Quinnipiac that I hope some of you can address. Do you feel confident in having such a small in stature lineup? They appear to be very small, only 1 player over 194 lbs. and a couple over 6'2". They must be fast, but can they be physical enough? You appear to have a lot of great playmakers, but do you have the finishers this year? You lost your top 2 goal scorers; will you find someone to score instead of setting up a goal? Thanks, and good luck throughout the season after Friday.

We've been small and fast with some skills for years. While I'd like to see more size and physicality, it's worked well for us. Our conditioning is second to none in D-1.

Personally I would like to see the team a little bigger, but we recruit the best players for our system. We brought in a bunch of high skill freshman last year that will need to step up this year. Schedule is tough to start so we need the upperclassmen to lead the way.

Looking forward to this Friday. No better way to start the season than with BC. It’s becoming an early season tradition I like.
