C'mon Q!
I guess it's time...
Is it October yet?
Is it October yet?
I think we're all crying just a little bit...I'm not crying, YOU ARE!

Besides the unknown of when things will start to return to normal, the logistics involved would be monumental. They made the right decision, but it's all so heartbreaking. I'm not exactly sure why they can't just delay a couple months and play the NCAA Tournaments later, but I guess that's hard to do with finals, then kids graduating and moving on, etc. It's all just so shocking.
Rand mentioned they were working on it at last year's banquet...I heard twice we have North Dakota on the schedule starting next year, 2 games at Grand Forks. Then the year after UND comes to us for 2. Anybody else hear that?

Time to talk schedule for next season!
We know the in-season tournaments....
Friendship Four in Ireland (November)
CT Ice at Webster Bank Arena (January)
Arizona State here for 2 games
I'm sure we'll see the usual OOC opponents like Maine (away for 2), UMass-Amherst (home-and-home), AIC (home-and-home) and UVM (away) and perhaps Holy Cross (home)

I knew that!Yup, that's where I heard it too. We were sitting at the same table, Mark!
At this point I'd so no. If they go through with the plan to allow students back on campus, maybe... but even then it's a long shot. We might have to wait until October (or even longer) to see our Bobcats again.I wonder if there's going to be a banquet at all this year.![]()
For what it's worth, I did celebrate a 4-1 victory over Yale tonight![/QUOTE
Could Jayden Lee have played? Have to be consistent.
*Edit - I spoke too early, there is one North Dakota series that isn't confirmed yet which would be against Alabama-Huntsville so if that's not happening.... could be QU*
Students will not be returning this semester so I take that to mean most, if not all, on-campus activities will be curtailed, including the banquet. If they go through with the plan to allow students back on campus, maybe... but even then it's a long shot. We might have to wait until October (or even longer) to see our Bobcats again.
Coach Pecknold will be on NHL Network Radio on SiriusXM Channel 91 Monday morning at 8:35am with NHL Morning Skate hosts Gord Stellick and Scott Laughlin.
