Pyeongchang Spoilers: Tomorrow's Competitions, TODAY!

Re: Pyeongchang Spoilers: Tomorrow's Competitions, TODAY!

I think that the difference might be that bbdl is confusing ice dancing, which has been on parts of four nights max and figure skating, which has been on almost every night, probably because it's the most watched Winter Olympics sport. The difference, as far as I can tell, is that NBC, as usual, is showing only the US skaters and the leading contenders, while NBCSC is showing more competitors.

Yeah, I already had that conversation with him. He calls it all ice dancing.

lol. I knew what he meant right away. I've been laughing this entire time because I was absolutely sure no one else had picked up on it.

Re: Pyeongchang Spoilers: Tomorrow's Competitions, TODAY!

I'm going to have to take a **** nap so I can stay up for the Shuster show tonight.

Re: Pyeongchang Spoilers: Tomorrow's Competitions, TODAY!

You can get Bear Baiting as a demonstration sport when Speed Skiing returns.

Was that the crazy one with the four guys skiing at once? Because I'm all for that even though it's essentially Death Race 2000.

They need some kind of mega relay that lasts like 16 hours.

Downhill skier goes down hill
X-country skier goes back up a hill
Snowboarder goes down hill
Biathalon skis to speed skating oval, while shooting stuff
10 laps speed skating (speed skating rink happens to be at top of sliding center)
Luger goes down ice chute

Re: Pyeongchang Spoilers: Tomorrow's Competitions, TODAY!

Seriously though. If I ever meet Schuster I’m buying him a beer. I take back everything bad I’ve ever said about him.

There's a long queue of people stepping up to that ... myself included. I'm at least going to raise one (beer) for him tonight no matter the outcome.

If your country wins that, you win the Olympics.... I'd be game for that on Day 16 :D

Oh my god. I'd pay $49.99+tax for that PPV.
