Providence Friars Womens 2015 - 2016

Re: Providence Friars Womens 2015 - 2016

BC pounded Providence today but I actually thought the Friars can take some encouragement from the game. In particular, their two PPs in the third period were extremely solid -- they had long stretches of good possession during those PPs and created some excellent chances, even if the puck didn't go in. With Romanchuk the only scorer of significance who's graduating, and with Chuli leaving UConn, Providence have a good chance to take another step up from last season's basement next year and be very competitive in the mid-tier of Hockey East.
