Re: Providence - 2009-10 In-season Thread

IS the glass tied to the stock market? Gas prices? Just wondering?

Re: Providence - 2009-10 In-season Thread

2-1 win on the road......the glass is filling again......schedule the parade.....great game but we are still in the box too often and another too many men on the ice 2 games in a row for it thats mental......but we may not be cellar dwellers again this year......go Friars

Exactly....

Nice road win for the boys, loved the coaches adjustments and their increased accountability this year

60.78% and rising

Does this laughable ticker of yours take into account losses or does it just go up when you feel like posting -- which, being the fraud that you are, seems to be exclusively after wins.

Anyway, thanks for the update on your glass Mrs. Army. I love the "increased accountability" too, whatever the hell that means. :p

Great to see that you are back Timmy.
I missed your post about the coaching last night but you were right on cue complimenting yourself after tonight's win.
You're a fraud but at least you are a consistent fraud.

91 I think what's amusing about the "increased accountability" line is that it implies that with the last 4 seasons Hokydad's relative had no accountability whatsoever. Either that or it's some "talking point" Timmay is using in his Cox-scripted locker room segments where he unrolls the magic of point-and-click DVR'ing.

Re: Providence - 2009-10 In-season Thread

Great road win for the Friars tonight against a tough team who plays on a big sheet.
I know that the coaching had the greatest impact on tonight's game but playing some defensive hockey and scoring two goals against a top flight goal tender was pretty good to.

I agree 98.75% and rising.:p

Re: Providence - 2009-10 In-season Thread

Should I be happy about the win, or unhappy that this somehow proves hokydad "right"? I'm just going to enjoy it... up until the UVM game next week. Let's see what happens then- I'm sure they're not ecstatic about losing to Maine on Friday and the Gutt isn't exactly a good place for us.

We still need to work on not getting idiotic penalties.

Because your to stupid to understand a post is not our problem. You moron

If a team goes from 0 wins to 6-4, that would be an improvement. Ther is stuff going on out there that you don't even know exists.

All aspects of the team are the keys. The coaches are not putting the players in situations where they can win. That is good coaching and good executing.

What matters is that they are doing better and the past is the past.

Man that is class right there. Really. And not only that but....

"Your to stupid"

"Ther is stuff"

And I'm the moron?? :D :D

BTW what's with the "our problem"? The "our" meaning -- Tim and the rest of the staff?

What matters is that they are doing better and the past is the past.

Right. Which only shows how much of a fraud you are.

Hi spin doctor, I'm going to assume that you were too busy name calling to realize that you totally contradicted yourself.
You wrote that the coaches are NOT putting the players in situations where they can win and that is GOOD coaching and GOOD execution. I assume that you didn't mean to add the "not" before putting. That's the only way that the post makes any sense.
If all aspects of the team are keys and the coaches are responsible for how their players execute in all aspects, then you know that if players are constantly taking foolish penalties then the coaches are ultimately responsible for changing that.

BTW you can stop with the past being in the past nonsense. Past performance is often indicative of future results, especially when we all have watched the team start of pretty well over the last few years only to bomb each year down the stretch each year.
I know that you signed up AFTER the season but you've been here a lot longer then that, right?;)
