First period ends with Princeton up 2-1. Another poor start on a friday night for us. Princeton doing what they usually do-looking for central ice turnovers.

Women have just tied Cornell on a goal by Vandergrift from LaDonne and Sanders.

From listening to the first period-i would be quite satisfied if we came out of this one with a tie. We seem to be in the Friday doldrums once again. Giving up our first short hander of the season is just not something we could expect.

I am getting real sick of listening to these recaps of the previous week's ECAC games in the first intermission. Most of the announcers sound like they should be broadcasting roller derbies.
