How was that determined? Cause I see a tie in the voting...

There is a formula used for tiebreaking throughout the election. For the last few rounds, whoever runs the PoTY election abstains from voting, as that vote is the tiebreaker. If I could have voted on my own, I wouldn't have voted for me, just like I didn't vote for me throughout the tournament.

Ballots count in US Politics? I thought the media just blindly called a winner based on exit polls and that's who became the winner.
