I've yet to have a conversation with anyone thinking that of Mrs. Obama, but this conversation had me thinking about one of my former coworkers who likes to say that, and I'll try to get this across with a phonetic spelling, that Pres. Obama is really a Mooslem. She even gave the shifty eye to another coworker who she knows is a Muslim. Conversations with her were always entertaining because you'd go from work topics, upon which she was very well versed and knowledgeable, to the president and Muslims, and it was like you were immediately transferred to a shack in the deep woods.

Even the NYP's John Podhoretz (far from a Trump guy) sees this as "beyond the bounds of what is even remotely acceptable ... There is literally no evidence on offer in these memos or from BuzzFeed that any single sentence in these documents is factual or true.". It's what was done to Mr. Obama for eight or more years: make up something that sounds like it might be true and run with it because some suckers will believe it. #ConfirmationBias

Today in worthless old man's ridiculous false equivalencies: Being a Muslim is the same as committing treason.

The irony is that the entire premise of the Obama/Muslim thing is that it holds Christianity up as some kind of paragon, and yet all those same people did nearly everything in their power to put an amoral ******* in power just so the little old lady that taught Sunday School didn't win. But keep telling yourself it's about religion, and not race.

Also the fact that the Trump/Russia theory is based on a direct quote from the Trump family saying they do a "disproportionate" amount of business in Russia, a steadfast refusal to release his tax returns to show any potential business dealings in Russia, multiple pro-Russia policy proposals, nominating multiple people to his cabinet with pro-Russia ties, steadfast defense of Russia's autocratic ruler, etc. The Obama/Muslim thing was based on...his skin is kind of brown.

I heard this argument from all groups over the last two decades. Just replace "Russia" with "Israel", "Palestine", or whatever the country of the day happens to be...

Meanwhile, during Trump's farce, Rex Tillerson said under oath that "to the best of his knowledge," his company never lobbied to reduce sanctions on Russia.

He must have conveniently forgotten about the 14 times Exxon is listed as lobbying to reduce sanctions on Russia.

I give his presidency only three of ten stars. And would not vote to re-elect him.

This should be simple to rebut.

Simple, testable statement. If it is false then he lied. And yes, I realize Trump has already been caught in hundreds of lies, but one more can't hurt.

Please get this guy under oath in front of Congress. Talk about impeachment bait.
