Uh, huh. Yeah. There's nothing to see here. No evidence at all.

I'm sure there wasn't any evidence at Baylor either, right Kenny?

Yeah like he has the brain power to use a dishwasher...

Well, when you go see your favorite band, you hope they play the old familiar hits. Seems Trump has that down pat by trotting out the same lies.

Re: POTUS: Definitely Needs Anger Management

After listening off and on to the proceedings today a certain notion was pounded home time after time. People who support trump are wired differently than people who know how to think. They have a completely different viewpoint on everything, and very different things appeal to them. That notion was pounded home with nearly every speaker.

One republican after another laced their 60 or 70 or 90 or 120 seconds with personal attacks on all things democrat, or claimed the only purpose of impeachment was to overturn an election, or "they" all just hate trump and have planned this impeachment for 3 1/2 years. More than once I heard references to "socialist democrats."

Democrats on the other hand seemed to lay out actual reasons why impeachment was logical and warranted. One after another cited their constitutional duty, took no joy in the events of the day, and noted the repeated abuses by trump. I never once heard a democrat call anyone names.

This pattern was repeated by virtually everyone I heard speak.

Adam Schiff was also magnificent in his closing remarks.

I mean, even if his toilet complaint was based in reality (it is not), it would have something to do with the amount of water contained in each flush. Pressing the button in the dishwasher would be, like, a wiring issue or something.

The best people.

https://slate.com/news-and-politics/2019/12/trump-usda-black-panther-wakanda-free-trade-partner-tariff-tracker.html

President Trump’s trade war got more—or less—surreal this week when it was discovered the Trump administration listed Wakanda as a free trade partner on a tool created by the Department of Agriculture to track tariffs on nations signed on to a free trade agreement. Wakanda, of course, is not a real country but a fictional one in the Marvel Universe and its 2018 movie Black Panther. The made up East African kingdom was listed along with 10 real trade partners from the Americas and South Korea.

Meh. That happens. It’s software testing.

We let a bunch of Wile E Coyote and roadrunner references past our testing stage last year. It happens.

How's that infrastructure plan coming, Mr. President? Oh, that's right, the only thing you can build is a wall that people can just climb over and bed bug infested hotels. Never mind.

He keeps calling them the Do Nothing Democrats, but they've done at least one thing during his administration. They impeached his ***.

This isn't the first time this sh** has slipped through. A 700 page economic report was published this spring that, in the list of writers and contributors, included Marvel and DC Superheros, Star Wars, Star Trek, Game of Thrones, and Monty Python characters.

Call it resistance sneaking one by, call it ignorance by Trump's "best people,", but what I'd call it is immature coming the office that's supposed to have all eyes looking upon it for guidance. Why are fellow GOP giving all this a pass and allowing sh*t like this to continue?

Like, seriously, are the Rubles in their Swiss bank accounts making them that happy?

Yes. It's all about the Benjamin's. What they forgot to tell you is that statement has nothing to do with Jews, and everything to do with Republicans.

So Dimwit Donnie attacks John Dingell's widow last night for still voting for his impeachment despite him giving her husband the "A class" treatment funeral services at the capitol.

Everything's a quid pro quo. Why he needs to be removed from office.

Today, White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham on ABC's "Good Morning America" that she did not know why Trump decided to suggest that Dingell was in hell. "You'd have to talk to the president about that," she said.

I'm sure he has an perfect answer.
