It's the new thing. If you're in power and you offer to do something on the phone and it doesn't actually happen before you get caught then you didn't really do anything.

Basically you can throw the entire conspiracy law book. It doesn't exist. It also means that you can use any power you have to intimidate anyone you want. As long as you don't have to follow through and the person you intimidated gives you what you want no harm no foul.

But, hey, stop being hysterical, right?

You can infer the statement is true based on what we know from other witnesses and the behavior of the people in question. It's not that hard.

Anyone can say anything. Some tangible evidence would be useful.


Rohrabacher not someone I'd call trustworthy.
