So is firing people who continue to pursue an investigation into self-admitted criminals (Flynn) within your inner circle, after you've strongly hinted on multiple occasions, mafioso-style, that they should stop. So no, there is no difference, but keep trying FraudDUDE88.

"Because he can" isn't a reason a rational person uses to fire someone. The person being fired would have to mess up to some level or another before getting the pink slip.

The story isn't that he fired Flynn or didn't fire Flynn. It's what the President knew and when did he know it. And that lying as a man is different apparently than lying as a woman.

If you've ever seen Escalante, 80% of the land contained within its borders isn't even arable for grassland. So the "Dur gubmint be takin' our ranchin' land!" argument is moot. There's also likely very little in the way of oil or gas to be extracted, just like nearby Bears Ears.

As for Bears Ears...

But hey, they're allowing fracking and drilling in ANWR, so why not tear apart the land some more? Not like we haven't already shat upon Native Americans enough in the last 400 years.

I must be reading the wrong posts. Hoven doesn't sound like a Trumpologist or a GOPer. He sounds like someone who looks at things based on the principle of the thing- some of what he says is makes complete sense to me (pragmatic independent). You can make an observation without ascribing to the belief you observe.
