that's true...

probably about half my wardrobe is from Patagonia, both casual clothing and technical outdoor clothing (that I wear hiking, climbing, mountaineering, and for search and rescue). I love their products and their corporate philosophy. I've had to send one pair of pants back for repair, they came back as good as new.

Let My People Go Surfing is a great book.

Patagonia definitely got caught up in the "outdoor chic" fashion trend, but they also refused to ramp up production and sell their products in department stores (like The North Face did) and still design for function over form. I like their gear because it is good. And I really use it the way it is intended to be used.

Same. I love their products and was buying before I realized their Corp philosophy. I find it superior to most brands tech wise except for Voormi and sometimes outdoor research

My only complaint about Patagonia is they make it much harder to get pro pricing for search and rescue teams (they require that your team be accredited by Mountain Rescue Association, which is costly and not that many eastern teams bother with MRA -- the only two that I know of in New England are the Vermont State Police SAR team and Stowe Mountain Rescue). Other companies like OR and Black Diamond make it much easier to get on the pro purchase program.

That's a procedural violation as part of the investigation.

If you're Trump's lawyer you don't argue the President cannot obstruct justice unless you know that's exactly what he did.

Stick a fork in him he's done.

Most pundits have said by now that the President admitted to obstruction by tweeting that he fired Flynn for lying to the FBI. Mueller is going to get him.

How does Trump firing Flynn (for lying to the FBI and the Veep) prevent the DOJ/FBI from going after Flynn? Actually, doesn't the firing (and noting the reason why) condemn Flynn all the more.

The better argument is firing Comey is the alleged obstruction.

Duh.

The Tweet is just the President admitting it. We now have his testimony. And regardless of whether he wrote it or his lawyer it makes no difference.
