Why the fuck isn't the Senate ramming through judges in the meantime? I mean, seriously, are we trying to give everything away?

There shouldn't be a single open seat longer than a week. I don't know what the hell Schumer is doing, but he sucks at his job.

Nascar fans at Talladega at the end of the Busch race chanting '**** Joe Biden.' What is wrong with these people?

Talladega is a special kind of inbred Jesus-fuck-istan. That's all you need to remember. And I say this as someone who has attended a crap ton of Cup races at many different venues over the year. 'Dega is a place people go out of their way to prove the "redneck/hillbilly" stereotypes right.

I've never been to a race but the one everybody has always cited to me as Peak Stupid is Darlington.

Lest we forget, these people cheer and cherish the LOSERS of the US Civil War. How is it a surprise what this loser worship has lead to?

Annie linskey writes headline about Biden’s dead kid and his dying bill.

had she made a joke about Ben Crenshaw she’d be on apology tour and fired. Instead…nothing

She deleted it and gave a half assed apology. At least have the guts to own your evil.

She will claim cancel culture...

I haven't been to a race in well over a decade now, but my guess is in 2021 there isn't a NASCAR crowd at a single track, from New Hampshire to Florida to Alabama to California to Michigan and to all points in between and everywhere else that is not Peak Stupid. Their crowds have cratered horribly in the last decade and the ones left going are the diehard worsts of the worst. Michigan used to host two races and all 135,000 seats were packed for both. They host one now and have removed so many sections of grandstands the place only holds about 60,000 and it was half full this year for that one race. Other tracks have seen a similar downturn in attendance.

Darlington is above average in this respect, but it doesn't hold a candle to either of the 'Dega events or the Bristol Night Race. Daytona is also up there, but you can get that experience if you play your cards right on any random Tuesday in FL, so....

I thought, it couldn't have been that bad, right?

WOOOF. She shouldn't have a job on Monday. Or certainly she should be reassigned. Imagine Biden having to give a presser with her in the front row and knowing she made a joke about your three dead family members buried there. I'd boil over with rage.

The house I grew up in was within earshot of the Bristol Speedway - aka 16 miles. Race weekends were interesting for the people watching, to be sure. The racism was way farther off the national radar at that time (80s and 90s), which made it way worse in some ways. The hard core ones go even further into nutso land because of the spotlight that is on them, but some that have a shred of decency have taken it back into the shadows where it belongs.
