Biden, like everyone else with a functioning brain and an ounce of compassion, knows those who have refused to do the right things regarding COVID will continue to refuse. And that is a shame. Coupled with masks and social distancing, even a slower than hoped roll-out of vaccinations would mean we could be done talking about COVID by the spring. COULD be...
