POTUS 45.66: Get Hard

If Biden was saying the stuff Trump is saying it would be top of the fold in every paper and would be leading every newscast. Yesterday not one major outlet was discussing it on social media that I saw. Then again they barely talk about how Trump is a convicted felon and are already pacifying him in articles and headlines so I guess that is not surprising. I canceled my WaPo sub after like 8 years because of how badly they are shifting. (and they already weren't great)

Hell this weekend multiple people including Paul Ryan (and others) said they will not vote for Trump...any other candidate that would be huge news. Anyone see any meaningful discussion about it?
 
Hey, but Trump being a convicted felon and saying crazy shit is already baked in with the electorate at large. No need for us to continue reporting about it, old news. Everybody knows this.

We need hot new material, like 'Biden is old'.
 
The Felon made up a bald-faced whopper earlier today while talking to House Republicans, pulling a ridiculous story about an alleged convo with one of Pelosi's daughters out of his fat a55. So much for the "policy" discussion they were supposed to have. :rolleyes:

Fixed. The media has been complicit all along.

The Kraut industrialists thought they could use Hitler, and now the US media think they can use Twitler as a profit center.

The big reason I don't watch or consume "news" anymore. All they do is try to make people angry so that they will want to see the outcome. You see this even in the "liberal" media's coverage of what is going on. It's pretty sickening that they see the destruction of our country as a way to make money, when they should be addressing what their core problems are in terms of why they are not getting enough people watching them.

And making people angry is exactly how dumpy is getting people to follow him. Other than a minor breaking of a law, there's really no impact on a gross majority of Americans from people crossing the border- the jobs they get are the ones the rest of the country don't want to do, let alone that they do the hard work to keep us fed for so little money. But it's target #1 to make people angry- for both sides.

You can see this trend for every hot button item that people want to be mad about.

I really have no interest in being angry all of the time, like the "news" wants me to be.
