In this type of case if he is seen to be threatening to anyone involved in any way he can have his bail revoked. RICO cases are hardcore and they take intimidation very seriously. That is why last night his attack on the DA was just that her dad was a Black Panther. If he is seen as being aggressive towards her post indictment (or anyone involved in the case) he is in for even more trouble.

Why he thinks he can litigate in the court of public opinion is interesting. Especially in this case, apparently anything he says to taint the pool will go against him in terms of the core charges. And other cases, instead of delaying them, his actions are going to speed them up- the exact opposite of what he thinks is going to happen.

Wait, the outcome exactly the opposite of what he thinks... his buddy vlad did the exact same mistake.

Not to mention the secure border and immigration reform. Promises promises. All they did was set back women's rights 50 years.

I wonder how many of the 19 - particularly bottom feeders already cast out by Trump like Ellis - will cop plea deals. Or if the DA would even accept them.


There's a reason good mob bosses take care of absolutely everybody. ("Take care of" could be paying them off or... removing them from the board)

But if they turn, they will face the wrath of dumpy's worshipers. That's how he can get away with it- he threatens them with real violence.

I'm betting that dumpy has something really bad on rudy. Or at least rudy thinks he does- he's not really come out with anything for r's that turned on him- other than just calling them names.

The estimated time between the indictment to the time they call Fani is a function of wealth. Closer they are to you or me, the faster they make that call.

Well, that's a choice they're going to have. More than decade behind bars and lose everything or take their chances with the knucks.
