So the question: how does he skate? He's rich (sort of) so obviously he will never face the consequences of his actions. But how will they let him off? Is "intent" impossible to prove if you have money?

They should appoint a judge who doesn’t have a conflict of interest. They must have someone who is impartial and doesn’t have ties to either side.

You gotta remember, his own Justice Department convicted Michael Cohen for the same stuff, and said that Cohen was acting under Trump's orders.

Well duh. She and Hunter have a treasure trove of text messages together. A lot of unChristian, perverted stuff in there that will probably never see the light of day.

Why is a republican appointed judge a conflict of interest? Is it really a bad thing that the parents and kids disagree on politics? Seriously? Kinda sad to consider that judge's kids have to be totally apolitical, because some people are so sensitive.

You can't separate a tie to either side- that's impossible.

Honestly, that's a pretty weak problem, even for you. Especially when the thousands of conflicts of interest were in favor of dumpy. Remember when he made money from other country's governments WHILE being president? That's not only a conflict of interest, it's unconstitutional. Somehow, a judge didn't see that, even if it was specifically laid out.

Stop pretending that a former president is immune from breaking the law.
