I don't think anybody believes BB is legit. If I were Biden I would yank Fox's press credentials. They aren't a news organization.
 
There are people around here that up until very recently pretended he was a legit news man. He and Chris Wallace were often touted on these boards (and by people in general) as the minor "News" faction there.

Update: I got the Baker/Glasser book. It goes way beyond Baier. They report that the morning after Election Day 2020, Fox CEO Suzanne Scott floated not calling more states UNTIL CERTIFICATION. That would have prevented Fox from calling the election for Biden for WEEKS.

They further report that Fox president Jay Wallace “overruled the Decision Desk… refusing to left them call Nevada for Biden” because that would have given him enough electoral votes that they’d need to declare him president elect.

And of course, the people who fought to make the right decision were fired so come 2024 if it is close they will refuse to call it and lead to a full on war.

Yep and he seems none too pleased they tried to dodge it. He has set down terms (burden of proof is on Trump not DOJ since its a civil matter) and they can't really deal with it. Unless Cannon fires Dearie (which would be very bad) they are fucked and since they picked him there is not much recourse.

"Falsely inflated his worth by billions of dollars" with the held of his children and his organization officers, who are also named. This induced banks to offer better terms and satisfy continuing loans and insurance terms. Includes both civil and criminal charges. Also referring suggestions for federal charges to SDNY and IRS.

Permanently bar Dump, Ivanka, Don Junior, and Eric from serving as an officer of a company in NY.

And we all know he's guilty. They will argue "everyone does it".
 
I asked my lawyer friend whether he can either weasel out or just delay for twenty years so he can die in his bed. What do the Cafe lawyers and Holiday Inn stayers think?
 
So this is the first formal proceeding acknowledging that Dump told the IRS that his properties were worth $X.XX, other parties that they were worth $Y.YY, while the actual value was $Z.ZZ?

Basically something that everyone knew was going on, but now we're getting formal steps moving in on this...
