I havent seen lawyers this mad en masse on Twitter in quite some time. What a truly awful decision...

And while DOJ will appeal this to the 11th Circuit, ultimately this is ending up at SCOTUS so the fucking stall continues.

edit: She seems to not understand what "Classified" means. She is honestly questioning whether the items marked as such are actually Classified or Top Secret...fuck even Flaggy's mom understands why that is fucking ridiculous.

She better hope Trump wins again cause she basically destroyed what future she ever had.

Its not even classified. Even if they weren't classified, they are government work product. They belong to the government.

They are not Donald Trump's to have.

I wouldn't let this woman judge a wet t-shirt contest and yet she sits on the federal bench with a lifetime appointment. She probably barely qualifies as an attorney.

The rule of law in this country is a joke. Someone probably showed trump a picture of her in a short skirt and some killer pumps, said to him "can you believe this woman is a lawyer?" and all trump could think about was grabbing her by the p uss y and appointing her to one of the most powerful and consequential jobs an American can hold. Any person who votes for anyone running as a member of the GQP is a moron, but it is astonishing to me how any woman could ever do so. As a man I just can't figure that out.

Look the decision was fucking awful, but I would think someone who finished Michigan Law Magna Cum Laude and was a Assistant US Attorney for a quite a while (insert unofans relevant qualifiers here) qualifies her as an attorney. Tone down the hyperbole a bit.

She is a Federalist Society lackey that is why she fails.

Yeah, the point here is she is entirely competent. It's just that her agenda isn't the law, it's the bizarre political ideology of the Federalist Society.

These people are a cancer, and, like cancer, they are not to be underestimated.
