We also don't know whose nuclear info he stole. Even if it wasn't ours, I can think of a certain bonesaw-y character who would be interested in knowing the nuclear capabilities of a couple countries in his region.

That is something that I think a lot of people are forgetting about...

People are caught up on OUR nuclear info. This very well could be information regarding our allies/enemies. That is just as sensitive. Especially if it gets in the hands of someone who otherwise wouldn't be capable of conducting that sort of ReCon.
 
Eh, a lot of what I heard reminds people it may not be our info. Also sounds like sig intel Of transcripts of foreign leaders calls were seized

either way, if the constitution doesn’t spell out a deeply rooted history of not keeping the classified info at your house, it can’t be enforced

His lawyers will be arguing to keep it sealed while he at the same time argues to unseal it. He always gets to have everything both ways.

I wouldn’t be shocked if the warrant isn’t that damaging and he is just trying to keep this story alive as long as possible. Also, wouldn’t be surprised if his side is leaking out the nuclear stuff and then when it comes out it’s something else him and his idiots will beat up the media over it.

If he did have something like our nuclear secrets I don’t understand how the powers that be would let him hang onto it for 18 months.

The GQP is scared too. Mike Turner tried to downplay what top secret documents are (not all classified documents are really classified...I wonder if he said that about Hillary?) And Elise Stefanik decided she needed to open her yap and make this sound like a witch hunt perpetrated by the Clinton loving FBI (what?) but also a campaign speech for the House GOP.
