Not Constitutional.

We have to simply bite the bullet and stop them from ever doing this again. Stop debating, stop negotiating, stop addressing any words they spout. Tell them: this will never happen again, we are not lowering ourselves for terrorists.

And if they do it, they do it. All the pain they cause will end them as a political party outside the usual Nazis strongholds.

They have stepped outside America. Shut them out.

At this point I do not think Unconstitutional is meaningful. The other side throws it out whenever they want. I think we do the same.

Say Biden tries it. The GOP would have to drum up support to file a lawsuit. That buys the country a few weeks. Gets fast tracked to a federal judge. He rules on it, the party that doesn't like the answer appeals it. Lather, rinse, repeat to SCOTUS. SCOTUS makes their ruling.

Thats not until.... late summer? Fall?

The financial markets won't tolerate that amount of uncertainty.
 
If the Dems blink this will happen again in a year to burn Biden right before the election. If they do blink it will happen again next year to burn Biden before the election. The hand is already played...

BBC, Le Monde, DW, Times of India all lead with story of Dump's conviction. Fox leads with Dump saying he has no idea who the woman is while also saying she is a Clinton person.

Dump himself is going with "I've never even met the woman." At least that is theoretically logically consistent, albeit of course an obvious lie.

What are the Dumpies saying? "She was just mad you didn't go back for more."

No it's more that because he wasn't convicted of rape, that means nothing happened. She made it all up in the jury did it because they don't like him and they don't like he's running for president. And then of course deflecting onto prosecute Biden for the same thing.
