Yea, but dumpy's team thought he would do a good job, lol.

It sure seems that dumpy appointed this one judge to try to protect him from doing exactly what he is doing. She is the ONLY one who is giving him any benefit of the doubt- even all of the judges he appointed on the circuit court bashed him down with a bat.

It's more than that. She's not ruling in any way that legal experts deem justifiable. It's the kind of banana republic judiciary you see in a place like Russia. This is the end goal of Republicans and why we need to kick them out of positions of authority.

Yeah...she isn't just putting her thumb on the scale to help him, she is flat out going against established case law and making up reasons. When she ruled originally on the special master she based it on arguments the Trump Team never even made. Its the most blatant example of someone writing the decision before the arguments are even made. That was what seemed to pizz off the lawyers I follow the most.

It is one thing to just make bad decisions, it is another to not even hide the fact that you rigged the game and that is what she did. (according to them)
 
One of the qualifications to be a justice or judge on any court in this country should be at least a modicum of ethics. I still wouldn't let that woman judge a wet t-shirt contest. Does anyone really think because she has some fancy academic credentials she is the least bit qaulified to sit on a federal bench for the next 40 years? Any notion of that should be blown away by the nakedly political nature of her rulings and statements in this trump case, not to mention their complete lack of sound legal reasoning.

Can you cite decisions or other evidence before her appointment which show she was ethically unfit?
 
They control the Judiciary. They control many State Houses. When they are in power at any level this is what they do. Period.

End the right or die.
