Of course, I didn't say that there were no instances, or would be no instances, of local authorities making decisions like the one you cited. I just said it's examples like yours that the plaintiffs will have to come up with to support their claim. So yeah, whatever Stark County, Ohio, was prepared to spend on voting machines, Dominion can add that to their actual damages claim.

The point of my posts was that I believe the plaintiffs are going to have to do exactly what rufus did, which is to find instances where states, counties or municipalities have elected to go with another vendor because of the false statements made, in order to establish the basis for their damages. Now, if all they come up with is Stark County, Ohio, I expect they're going to fall a little short on their $1.3 billion claim. But who knows how many similar instances exist.

I turned over to Hannity last night for 5 minutes. All I can stomach. They were melting down over Late Night Hosts, especially Seth Myers, hating on Republicans. What cracks me up about Republicans more than anything else is they never hold a mirror up to themselves.

For as dumb and worthless as Newsmax and Russian State TV-America are...they dont mess around when someone goes off the rails. Faux does the bare minimum. I mean lest we forget they fired the guy in charge of their election news because he (correctly) called Arizona for Biden first. They interview Trump on the regular...they defend voter restrictions because of the "lack of trust in elections". Outside of Chris Wallace and a few minor people they have never put a stop to any of the BS.

It's because fox can afford better lawyers and they have a war chest behind them. OAN and Newsmax don't. Can't afford to have someone digging in your books when you're a propaganda outlet likely financed by unfriendly states.

The good news is the IC careers were not sharing any important information with Dump's politicals. I actually have this on (for the Beltway grapevine) good authority: after the Helsinki Screw Job, they cut the politicals out of the loop as a national security threat. So if Dump's people got hacked they had no important information. They were assumed to be either incompetent or (unwitting or witting) assets.
Some agencies played to the Nazis. CBP in particular and DHS in general did not cover themselves in glory, and the FBI was a mixed bag. But in many instances, our bureaucrats were the last line of defense against the Nazis. Like the judges and then most election officials, they blocked the Hitler Junta wherever it was possible.
God bless grit in the gears. It may have saved life on Earth, literally.

Speaking of being past his prime... this is creepy AF, Limbaugh’s show is still playing tapes of his voice, interspersed with worshipful eulogies... how long before this is a full blown pagan religion? I’d bet that over 65% of Trump voters (who have “done their research”) know that El Rushbo’s so-called death is a leftist hoax perpetrated by Bill Gates and Colin Kapernick.
