Yeah I don't take that as a "criminal" indictment of the Dems but rather a, "They should have tried harder" which is absolutely true. They and Mueller both rolled over with a half-as*ed effort to impeach him.

You're right.

Lawyers often use expressions similar to Bolton's malpractice comment to describe a level of supporting proof. For instance, when contemplating whether to add a claim, counterclaim, or defense, lawyers might say, "You probably should," "You definitely should" or, if there is absolutely no doubt, "It would be malpractice not to." Bolton was supporting his own description of how improper dump's conduct was by saying "it was malpractice not to (add it to the articles of impeachment)." God knows Bolton can be counted upon to say scary right wing shyt, but that comment was just him making his case, IMO.

Don't know if other posters are having this problem, but since the "upgrade" I am seeing a lot of links that don't go anywhere. The previous post by DGF is an example. For me the link just opens a new, blank tab.

Tough Thanksgiving.

Also, he's a sociopath, part LXVII:

One of the most pivotal documents Mary Trump handed over included the tax returns of Fred Trump Sr., the President’s father and her grandfather, which came from her acrimonious court fight with Donald Trump over the patriarch’s will in 2000.

Donald Trump removed Mary and her brother William from the family’s medical coverage in retaliation over the lawsuit, even when William’s infant son was suffering from seizures and brain damage.
